An interactive whitepaper for Cytiva – built into a microsite alongside a separate landing page hosting an accompanying video series. The whitepaper combines long-form editorial content with embedded videos and bespoke mini-games designed to make the underlying technical material more engaging.
The wider scope included a supporting set of advertising executions and the working-through of Cytiva's brand into a flexible interactive format. Design, illustration, development and direction were all handled by myself.
Cytiva's brand guidelines are incredibly thorough – technical, demanding and detailed. Every typographic, colour and layout decision throughout the work needed to align precisely with the spec, while still leaving room for the editorial work to feel considered and distinctive.


The whitepaper is structured as a navigable scrolling experience, with embedded videos and bespoke mini-games threaded through the content to break up the technical material and reinforce key concepts.
